Hydraulic Press Forming

Equipped with hydraulic power of up to 100 ton, we are capable of form/bending sheet-and stock extrusions into any shape imaginable.

The creative eagle claw forming technique, is a very powerful engineering process, capable of expanding a wide variety of pipe sections to desired diameter. Cone shape profile is also part of our inventory.

Beadblasting

Equipped with 900x600x500mm high tanker, we can treat the workpiece with aluminium oxide, and glass medium.

This service is useful for removal of unwanted surface contamination on parent metal. The treated surface is usable for applying primers etc.

Open Cast Molding

Open cast molding is a technique used for casting polyurethane in resin form.

This method is cost effective for short run purposes, with respect to injection molding etc.

The polyol crosslink is formed chemically, which makes it non-recyclable.

Polyurethane can be bonded to metal, with the aid of primer, specially formulated for this purpose.

Reverse Engineering

With the aid of CAD software, we are capable of measuring an existing sample/part, and applying dimensions to the manufacturing drawing.

Both 2-and 3d formats is available, depending on client request.

Sheetmetal Fabrication

With the aid of CAD software, 3d part can be designed in a sheetmetal environment, developing the flat pattern automatically.

This function enable the designer to make use of CNC 2D lasercutting, rotary axis lasercutting, punch and press brake/roll bending services.

We have a wide range of welding services available including: MIG, TIG, ARC, GAS, ALUMINIUM, SPOT WELD, ROTARY MIG, etc.

CNC Sawing

With the help of the CNC Kasto automated band saw, setup time as well as workflow efficiency is improved.

This ability reduces deburring time, and labour cost, which have a direct effect on the price/unit.

3D Printing / Rapid Prototyping

With the aid of Rapid prototyping, we can capture your idea into 3D from which we can develop accurate ABS models to scale. If you are unable to supply 3D CAD drawings, we will generate the 3D CAD drawings for you.
