Any unsatisfactory regarding our service that does not conform with our standards involving drawings, discussed changes/design, or the product itself, will be amended, free of charge.

Conceding that Deurou Industries design the product/concept from nonentity, the drawing is in the legal possession of the company, unless a request is made for the drawings, which will include additional cost.
