Spark Eroding also known as electrical discharge machining, is a manufacturing process which creates complex shapes on to the work piece that machining cannot offer. Spark erosion removes material from workpiece with current discharges between two electrodes that are separated by a dielectric liquid. The dielectric fluid acts as a conductor as well as a cooling agent during sparking process. Ideal for hardened materials that needs to be altered.
